*We process your personal data concerning health if it is needed for the handling and compensation of claims under the insurance contract and fulfilling obligation arising from reinsurance contract and you have provided us such data.

We inform you that:

  • You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an internet bank message or e-mail (zalos@swedbank.lt) or visiting Swedbank branch office.
  • The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before its withdrawal and shall not prevent further processing on other legal grounds when applicable.

Data for indemnity payout

In order for the insurer to be able to assess damage to your vehicle, please visit one of our cooperation partners and make the vehicle available for inspection. The cooperation partner will take a photo of the damages, will make a cost estimate for repairs, and will accept the required documents from you.

Regarding loss estimate made to real estate, belongings or personal trauma and suffering, Insurer will contact you personally.
  • All the information provided in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
  • Information which might affect the insurer’s decision on payment of the insurance indemnity is not concealed and, if required, I can prove it with available documents.
  • I am aware that in case of me providing untruthful or misleading information, the insurer has the right to reduce or not to pay out the indemnity and that I may be held liable according to the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
