Service plan
  • For participants in the Youth Programme plan "Zero+" (0–5 yrs), the Basic service plan for youth is assigned. This allows the child to use the bank account without the Minimum Daily Fee of 1 EUR/month. Other service plan benefits (a debit card and free euro payments in the Internet Bank) will be available to the child from the age of 6.
  • When opening a bank account for participants in the Youth Programme plan "One+" (6–13 yrs), the Basic service plan for youth is assigned. However, the Standard service plan for youth can be ordered if required.
  • Participants of the Youth Programme plans "Two+" (14-17 yrs) and "Three+" (18-22 yrs) are automatically assigned a Standard service plan for youth. At the age of 23, the Standard service plan is automatically assigned, which is provided until the 25th birthday for a special price of 1 EUR/month. You can also choose another service plan offered, including the Basic Payment Account service.

Free euro payments

No fees apply for euro payments made via Internet Banking or the “Swedbank” app. The following types of payments are included:

  • credit transfers SEPA and standing orders SEPA within Swedbank;
  • instant, ordinary credit transfers SEPA and standing orders SEPA to payment service providers registered in Lithuania and European payments;
  • e. invoice automatic payments and payments by credit transfers SEPA within Swedbank and to other payment service providers registered in Lithuania;
  • giro payments.
  • For payments made in the Internet Bank or the „Swedbank“ app by children aged 6–13, the following limits apply:

  • Daily limit – EUR 30;
  • Monthly limit – EUR 100.
Contactless „Mastercard WEB“

This card is issued only to participants of the Youth Programme from the age of 6 and can only be included in the service plans for young people. The card is not subject to the issuance, mail, and monthly administration fee.

Up to 600 EUR/month withdrawal worldwide without bank fees

Important: Other ATM service providers may apply their own fee for the service provided. If you withdraw an amount exceeding the limit specified in the service plan, a 1% fee is applied. It is calculated from the amount exceeding the free withdrawal limit specified in the plan and is deducted on the 15th day of the following month.

Use bank services independently

If you want to manage your bank account independently, conclude new agreements or renew current ones, you must:

  1. receive consent from one of your parents or guardians;
  2. after receiving the consent, amend the Electronic Service Agreement.
  • by logging-in to their Internet Bank;
  • Give consent
  • by arriving to the bank branch at the time chosen.
  • Make sure that one of the parents or guardians has already given consent.
  • You need a Smart-ID qualified electronic signature. If you do not have it, create Smart-ID easily.
  • Write us a message in the Internet Bank using the topic “Teleagreement changes for minors over 14 years old”.

Write a message

If you need to, you can change the agreement at a bank branch as well. You must bring with you:

  • your birth certificate or its extract;
  • your identity document (passport or ID card), if you have it;
  • if you are accompanied by one of your parents or guardians, they must bring their identity document;
  • proof of guardianship, if you have a guardian who is coming with you.

Important! If you don't have an identity document, you will only be served at a bank branch with a parent or an appointed guardian.
