What’s new

App PIN code

To log in to Swedbank Internet Bank or mobile app, we recommend using at least two different authentication tools – Smart-ID and app PIN code or biometrics (fingerprint or facial recognition).

So you can manage your finances safer and easier!

Investments and services

Explore the new Services tab to discover new and useful features, including:

  • Investments: Check how your investments are performing in My investments tab.
  • My Services: A new section that provides a quick overview of your loans and other services.
  • Updated design: It's now even easier to order a new product.
  • Benefits and special offers: for youth, Gold or Private Banking customers.

Manage account settings

  • Change the account name (you can also add emojis)
  • Choose a default account to be shown first when making transfers
  • Change payment limits
  • Hide account balance from the overview tab

Find these features in the top right corner of the app by clicking on the settings icon for your chosen account.

Check card details

Easily access your card number, expiry date, and CVC/CVC2 code for all your active cards and view your PIN Code in case you have forgotten it.

Go to your app and check it out!

Besides new features, we have also updated your favourite and usual ones so you can continue to enjoy them at a new level.

Biometrics and PIN are the most convenient ways to log in to our mobile app and the Internet bank.

  • Log in faster.
  • Instantly check your bank account balance.
  • Confirm transfers. Using biometrics - 10 consecutive times, up to EUR 100 per payment, using PIN - 5 consecutive times, up to EUR 50 per payment.

Receive money from a friend by sending a request in a text message, e-mail or instant message.

  • Prepare the money request in the “Payments” section of the app by clicking (Android) or “Receive money” (iOS).
  • Choose how to send the request link (text message, e-mail or otherwise)
  • Select the person you wish to send money to from the contact list
  • Swedbank customers can make the payment by simply opening the link from the request
  • The maximum amount per request is 500 EUR

Android smartphone users can also make a money request with a QR code.

  • Show your phone screen to a person near you so they can scan the code to start a payment

How to send money request

Transfer money to others by using only their phone number. Set it up with these simple steps.

  • Link your phone number to your bank account in Swedbank mobile app to receive these payments
  • When making a new transfer in the app, choose to find the recipient from your phone contacts or enter the phone number manually
  • You can invite others to link their phone numbers to their bank accounts to transfer money by phone number to each other

Digitized card management

Gives you more control over your card usage. Manage your digitized Mastercard in different digital wallets and see linked service providers.

  • In payment wallets, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay and other available;
  • Services where card has been digitized for recurring payments, such as “Netflix”, “Amazon”, “Uber” and similar.

Availability

New Swedbank Lietuva app is available for any smart device (phone, tablet, etc.) with software versions:

  • iOS: 16.0 or later
  • Android: 5.0 or later

Contactless payments

For using mobile contactless payments in Android:

  • operating system version has to be Android 6.0 or above
  • you must have a Swedbank card with the contactless payment function enabled

Biometrics

For using biometrics:

  • Device must have fingerprint or face recognition sensor
  • Android - 6.0 version
  • iOS - 16.0 version
  • The new Swedbank Lithuania app works on most smartphones and tablets on the market. Your smart device should run:
    • iOS 16.0 or later
    • Android 5.0 or later

If your smartphone and tablet runs an earlier version, unfortunately there is no possibility get the update to the new app and we suggest to use the Internet banking on your phone.

If you do not have any of ours Swedbank apps:

  • Go to Google Play or App Store
  • Download Swedbank Lithuania app

  • Regularly verify the accuracy of your payments.
  • Have an anti-virus app installed.

From 23.03.2021 Swedbank Internet Bank and Banklink is no longer available using Internet Explorer browser.

It is not possible to authorize or make payments from Swedbank on other web pages using Internet Explorer.
