User rights

You can give other users access to your Internet Bank and choose the rights for each user based on different profiles shown in the table below.

* User having rights “Transaction“ or “ Full-access“ can also perform currency exchange by calling via phone.

Manage your Internet Bank users and be in total control of the account, agreements and permissions.

  • Increase your daily and (or) monthly payment limits up to EUR 20 000 or reduce to an amount you prefer. New limits apply as soon as they are changed.
  • If you want to set your payment limits between EUR 20 000 and EUR 100 000, please fill in the application “Increase payment limits” in the internet bank or register for a visit to the branch. After assessing the circumstances of your request, we will contact you by phone no later than in one working day to give you an answer to your request for an increase in your payment limits. If we ask you to provide additional information (documents), we will answer within 5 working days at the latest.
  • If your preferred payment limits exceed EUR 100 000, please register for a visit to the branch.
  • Give other people access to any of your accounts. They must have a user-ID issued by Swedbank.
  • Revise, revoke and suspend user rights based on profiles.
  • Set user-based payment limits.

If you are added to other Agreements of Electronic Services:

  • As a regular user, you can view the content of the agreement, including your rights stated in it.
  • As a corporate customer with administrator, you can make changes in the agreement.
  • If you are a parent or legal representative of a minor or a person with limited legal capacity, you can view their agreement.
Before you decide to give someone access to your account, you should make sure they understand the responsibility. Especially when you give someone rights to make payments from your account, you should ask yourself if you trust this person and if the risk of sharing the account is worth the reward. Bear in mind, users with full mode access will be able to manage some other account-related agreements as well (e.g. Easy saver, e-invoices etc). When it comes to your account security, you can never be too careful!

From 23.03.2021 Swedbank Internet Bank and Banklink is no longer available using Internet Explorer browser.

It is not possible to authorize or make payments from Swedbank on other web pages using Internet Explorer.

Instead, we suggest using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or the newest version of Microsoft Edge. To find out how to install the suggested browsers, please click here.
