A service plan is a set of everyday banking services offered for a single fixed monthly fee.

By choosing a service plan, you’ll always know how much you’re paying each month for the included banking services. Euro transfers, European payments, service fees, online purchases, recurring payments, e-invoice payments, and debit card usage are all covered with no additional charges.

The monthly fee is calculated from the day the service plan is activated, proportionally to the number of days in that month during which the plan is used. The fee is applied for each calendar month and is charged by the 15th of the following month.

As long as you’re using a selected service plan, you won’t be charged the standard rates for the services included in the plan. Standard banking service and transaction fees will only apply if you cancel the service plan, leave the Swedbank customer programme (if applicable), or exceed the limits defined in the plan (e.g., withdrawing more cash or ordering additional debit card).

Bank Account

Swedbank's service plans (excluding the "Basic Payment Account Service" plan) cover all your existing and any future bank accounts.

The "Basic Payment Account Service" plan covers one bank account. If you choose the mentioned service plan but have more than one account, the Minimum Daily Services Fee of EUR 1.00/month will apply to each account not included in the plan.

The Minimum Daily Services includes:

  • bank account management (including opening, except for consumers not legally residing, and closure);
  • crediting of payments received in the customer's accounts within Swedbank, AB;
  • crediting of incoming payments in euros received from other payment service providers, including [European payments] in euros, except international payments.

Euro payments

By choosing a Swedbank service plan (excluding the "Basic Payment Account Service" plan), you will be able to make an unlimited number of euro transfers for free via internet banking and the Swedbank app.

If you choose the "Basic Payment Account Service" plan, you'll be able to make 15 euro payments for free per month via Internet Banking and the Swedbank app. Having exceeded 15 payments per month standard fees apply.

The following payment types are included:

  • credit transfers SEPA and standing orders SEPA within Swedbank;
  • instant, ordinary credit transfers SEPA and standing orders SEPA to payment service providers registered in Lithuania and European payments;
  • e.invoice automatic payments and payments by credit transfers SEPA within Swedbank and to other payment service providers registered in Lithuania;
  • giro payments.
