Requesting auditor report

An Auditor’s Report – is a document used by an auditor when performing the audit of a company’s annual financial statements. The preparation of the certificate is a paid service.

If you currently have or previously had agreements with both companies, the certificates must be ordered separately.

Important! We will not be able to process requests submitted by third parties (e.g. the client’s auditor).

If you only need information about the account balance at the end of a period, you can obtain it:

• free of charge – by logging in to Internet Bank and selecting Account balance > Download;
• for a fee – by selecting in Internet Bank: Contact us > Write to us > Request a bank reference > Reference about opened/closed accounts and their balances (within 5 working days). In this case, we will prepare the certificate and debit the fee from the company’s account.

If you do not use Internet Banking, you can submit a request to order a report at Swedbank, AB customer service branches, by registering in advance.
