You can add additional Internet Banking users and choose limited or full-access mode rights for each of user.

Administer your company’s Internet Banking users and be in total control of the company’s account, agreements and permissions.

  • Add and remove users
  • Grant new rights
  • Revise, revoke and suspend user rights
  • Set user-based limits
  • Change daily and monthly limits for users
  • Check daily and monthly limits
Important: This functionality is available only with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID authentication tools!

You can manage users with Smart-ID Basic if the total monthly limit in the remote banking agreement does not exceed 100 000 euros. If the monthly limit in the agreement exceeds 100 000 euros, use Mobile-ID or Smart-ID.

Depending on your status in the company you will have the administration feature added automatically or you will have to enable it at a branch.

If you have sole signatory powers indicated in the Register of Enterprises, then the user administration feature will be enabled in Internet Banking automatically.

If you don’t have sole signatory powers indicated in the Register of Enterprises, then the user administration feature can be enabled by all the authorized signatories visiting a branch.

* The fee does not apply if there is no technical possibility to amend service agreement via Swedbank internet banking. The fee applies from 01.07.2019.

** Valid for agreements, concluded until 13th of March 2017.
