User rights

You can add additional Internet Banking users and choose limited or full-access mode rights for each of user.

* User having rights “Transaction“ or “ Full-access“ can also perform currency exchange by calling via phone.

Manage your accounts, agreements and permissions, Internet Bank users and their payment limits.

Customer’s daily and monthly limits – the maximum amount of outgoing payments allowed per day or per month for all your Internet Bank users and accounts. You can find out your customer’s limits by clicking “Edit agreement” at the top of this page.

Instant payment limit – the maximum amount of instant payments allowed per day. This limit cannot exceed customer’s daily and monthly limits. You can change this limit, disable or enable it by clicking “Edit agreement” or by registering and visiting our branch.

Account limit – this limit is set for a specific account assigned to the user of the Electronic Services agreement. This limit cannot exceed customer’s daily ant monthly limits.

  • Set second user acceptance and the limits for accepting necessary payments
  • Set your company’s daily and monthly payment limits
  • Increase your company’s payment limits up to EUR 50 000 per day and EUR 100 000 per month. Decrease the limits to an amount you prefer
  • New limits apply as soon as they are changed and signed with qualified electronical signature
  • If you need higher limits, call us 1633 or visit the nearest bank branch
 Important: This functionality is available only with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID authentication tools!

You can manage users with Smart-ID Basic if the total monthly limit in the remote banking agreement does not exceed 100 000 euros. If the monthly limit in the agreement exceeds 100 000 euros, use Mobile-ID or Smart-ID.

Depending on your status in the company you will have the administration feature added automatically or you will have to enable it at a branch.

 If you have sole signatory powers indicated in the Register of Enterprises, then the user administration feature will be enabled in Internet Banking automatically.

If you don’t have sole signatory powers indicated in the Register of Enterprises, then the user administration feature can be enabled by all the authorized signatories visiting a branch.

Transactions / operations conducted via the Swedbank Internet Banking for Business Customers (except for the cases specified in “For customers who opt for "Price Package 1"” and “ For customers who opt for "Price Package 2"” of this section) are subject to the applicable Bank service and transaction fees indicated in the chapters “Credit transfers SEPA” and “Credit transfers non SEPA”.

From 23.03.2021 Swedbank Internet Bank and Banklink is no longer available using Internet Explorer browser.

It is not possible to authorize or make payments from Swedbank on other web pages using Internet Explorer.
