Available bank actions

To use this service for Citadele (EE, LT, LV), Urbo bankas (LT) or Šiaulių Bankas (LT) you have to have an account within Swedbank.

  1. Click on a button “Add account with other banks” on the top of this page to log in.
  2. Then select an account with other bank you would like to add from a drop down list. And press the button “Log in to other bank”.
  3. Submit the consent to view accounts with the other banks through Swedbank Internet Banking.
  4. You’ll be redirected to the other bank’s environment to confirm your choice.
  5. To add other bank’s account to Swedbank Gateway you have to start with adding others bank account service in to Swedbank Gateway agreement.

You can start payment initiation form under the “Everyday banking” menu:

  1. New / domestic payment
  2. Your accounts with other banks will be available in the “Pay from account” field (a drop-down list) among Swedbank accounts
  3. You will be redirected to a separate “Payment Initiation” form

Information about initiated payments you will find under “Payment archive”.

The information of an account with another bank that has been added to Swedbank Internet Banking can be seen under menu “Everyday banking" -> "Account statement". Make sure you have selected "Accounts in other banks" under the available filters.

To view the statement of an account with banks, go to “Everyday banking” -> Account information. Your accounts with other banks will be available in the drop-down list among Swedbank accounts.

From 23.03.2021 Swedbank Internet Bank and Banklink is no longer available using Internet Explorer browser.

It is not possible to authorize or make payments from Swedbank on other web pages using Internet Explorer.
