Terminal return via Omniva parcel kiosk

Instructions

  • Please check who is your terminal(s) producer: Ingenico or Verifone. You can find it on terminal or below on terminal where is label. Find all items belonging to terminal according to terminal type. Follow the instructions from Terminal Return Manual.
  • Please order the Omniva parcel kiosk code down below. Other return options are described in Terminal Return Manual.

Ordering the Omniva return code

After submitting information, you will receive SMS and email with return code for parcel kiosk. Please follow the packing and sending instructions from Omniva.

To receive a Certificate of Delivery and Acceptance for the return of your scanner, please contact amks@swedbank.lt.

Please note: If POS terminal is returned in less than 3 months (from the signing of the Delivery and Acceptance certificate until the return date), a one-off installation fee of EUR 70 per POS terminal will be applied.
