Day shall mean a period within which funds shall be credited to a beneficiary, where T0 states that funds are to be credited to the beneficiary’s account on the same day, when “Swedbank”, AB receives from a payer’s bank the funds and all information required for crediting funds; T+1 shall mean that funds shall be credited to the beneficiary’s account no later than on the next Bank’s business day succeeding the day, when “Swedbank”, AB receives funds from a payer’s bank and all information required for crediting funds. Banks business day shall mean a day, where such a day is neither Saturday nor Sunday, nor any other dayoff or holiday defined by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
