"Hansabankas" clients calling the Bank by telephone will be provided with services without days off. Today, on 1 September, "Hansabankas" Telephone Banking Department starts providing services to its clients on Sundays and holidays, and also extends its business hours on Saturdays. From now on "Hansabankas" telephone banking specialists will work on Saturdays and Sundays and on holidays from 9.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. Working hours on ordinary business days remain the same – from 8.00 a.m. till 8.00 p.m.
"The reason for deciding to extend our working hours is growing needs of our clients. The increasing number of our clients’ calls on weekends and holidays shows that people become more and more active in managing their financial affairs after work and considering financial solutions or services offered by banks. From now on our Bank will be accessible every day and during the time which is the most convenient to our clients. Our clients value operative response, convenience, speed and quality of servicing, so I believe that this step will correspond to our clients’ expectations," – said Orinta Bertašienė, "Hansabankas" Telephone Banking Department Director.
More and more clients of "Hansabankas" prefer telephone as a means for managing their financial affairs, also for consultations and settlement of arising problems. As a rule, our clients make enquiries about the Internet system "hanza.net", payment cards and loans. Acquisition of banking products is also possible by telephone – ordering payment cards, arranging for a meeting with loan managers or life assurance advisors. Clients who use the "Telephone Bank" service are also able to effect payments by telephone, convert currency or cancel the blocking of their payment card.
