Loyal customers of the Bank will benefit from more favourable conditions of housing loans Lithuanian residents are not yet ready to negotiate more favourable loan conditions with the Bank, as they don't expect incentives from the Bank, says "Hansabankas", the leading bank in the private financing market of Lithuania.
"We want to disclaim this myth and to prove that the Bank is not a ministry or a public authority - we are partners ready to discuss with you the acquisition of a dwelling as well as loan conditions and the most beneficial offer", - said Antanas Danys, Deputy Chairman of the Board of "Hansabankas", during the Bank's presentation of innovations in the sphere of housing loans. In his opinion, the fact, that banks help people to improve the quality of their lives is also evidenced by figures - about 80 per cent of dwellings of new construction are purchased using bank loans. In terms of accessibility of loans, Lithuania occupies high fifth place in the world.
While introducing innovations of "Hansabankas" in the sphere of housing loans, Jūratė Gumuliauskienė, Director of the Private Individuals Financing Department of the Bank, mentioned that "Hansabankas" has developed special financing models for different groups of customers depending upon the property purchased by them, loan amount and maturity as well as "Hansabankas" services used by them.
"While communicating with our customers and finding out their needs and condition, our staff will be able to offer them individual customised loans under the most favourable conditions - for example, the most convenient and beneficial financing model for the acquisition of a new dwelling, or construction of a new house. It is also important for customers to get ready for this process of "negotiations" and to appraise us about their intentions, - said Jūratė Gumuliauskienė, Director of the Private Individuals Financing Department of the Bank.
According to J.Gumuliauskienė, it will be possible to negotiate with the Bank's specialists the interest margin discounts, property insurance and in separate cases - administration fee and other loan conditions. "Moreover, our customers will benefit from the full spectrum of services which helps to save their precious time - property insurance and life assurance cover is provided directly in the Bank, moreover, the bank staff is ready to handle the documents on behalf of customers in the Centre of Registers. In case of large loans the service of handling documents may be offered free of charge", - said J.Gumuliauskienė. In her opinion, after consulting the bank staff, our customers will be able to save up to LTL 500-3000, let alone the attractive interest margin.
According to the data of eight months of this year, "Hansabankas" manages the largest share of the market of loans to individuals - 30,7 per cent and 31,6 per cent share of the housing loans market (Data of the Bank of Lithuania and Housing Loans Insurance).
