Swedbank valda, UAB a member of the Swedbank group, was founded in the end of year 2004. When the Swedbank valda was founded, the main goal of the company was to operate and coordinate the construction of the new administration building in Vilnius, on the right bank of river Neris. Currently the main activity of the company is lease of it's own realty.
