Address of the registered offices of "Swedbank" or a number of its subsidiaries is changed on 25 November

On 25 November the address of the registered offices of  "Swedbank", AB and a number of subsidiaries of the bank, i.e. "Swedbank lizingas", UAB, "Swedbank draudimo brokeris", UADBB, "Swedbank autoparko valdymas", UAB, "Swedbank valda", UAB, will change and from the said date is Konstitucijos Ave. 20A, Vilnius.

All the product and services agreements made with the bank and the said subsidiaries before the date of the change will remain in effect – rights and obligations either of the bank and its subsidiaries or of clients and partners will not be affected.

Other particulars of the bank, except for the address of the registered office and the official fax number, will not change. In addition to the address of the registered office and the official fax number of the subsidiaries of the bank, their telephone numbers are changed.

Please keep the changes in mind when issuing accounting documents or sending correspondence.
